The revenue leakage and operations audit.
Before anyone sells you a website, an ad campaign or a CRM, find out what's actually leaking. This is the first thing we do in every engagement. You can buy it on its own.
What we look at
- Leads and follow-up. Where enquiries arrive, how long they wait, who answers, what happens to the ones that don't buy today. This is where most service businesses lose the most.
- Website. Whether it turns visitors into enquiries, how fast it is on a phone, what people see first, what they can't find.
- Advertising. If you run ads: tracking, landing pages, what a lead costs, what a customer costs, and whether the money is going to the right campaigns.
- Sales process. Whether there is one. Stages, owners, what gets lost between a quote and a yes.
- Operations. The manual work: re-typed data, spreadsheets nobody trusts, approvals that take a week, tasks only the owner can do.
- Money. Pricing, discounting, margin by service or product, cash timing, the invoices that go out late.
What you get
A written report in plain language, not a template. For each leak: what it is, what it's costing by our estimate from your own numbers, what fixing it involves, and what order to do it in. A call to walk through it. Then a decision that's yours: fix it yourself, fix it with your current suppliers, or have us do it as an engagement. No pressure either way; a good audit sells itself or it doesn't.
How it runs
Access first: your analytics, ad accounts, website, inbox or CRM, and an hour with you. Then a couple of weeks of looking, quietly. Then the report and the call. You keep everything.
Who it suits
Owners who know something's off but can't name it. Businesses that have tried an agency and didn't see the money come back. Anyone about to spend on a new website or campaign who'd rather know first whether that's the real problem. Read why businesses stop growing for the five leaks we see most.
