This site has no accounts and no advertising pixels. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful: visitors in the UK and Europe are only measured if they accept cookies, and anyone can change that under Cookie settings in the footer. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
What this site collects
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. One font family is loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives a request from your browser when a page loads. Every other font, image and video is served from this site directly.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form (it is processed by Google Forms), email, call or message us, we keep what you send so we can reply and, if you become a client, do the work. We do not sell or rent your details. We share them only with people who need them to deliver what you asked for, such as our own team.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and as long as the law requires.
